Passed away peacefully on Wednesday August 24, 2022 at the age of 88. Devoted husband of Dawn of 24 wonderful years, William would always tell Dawn that everyday was Valentines day. Proud father of Tiziana, Angelo (Antoinette) and Daniela. Cherished Nonno of Gianni, Adrianno, Stephania (Ash), William (Madison), Alex, Cristian and Sophia. Loving Bis Nonno of Gabriel and Monroe.William will be sadly missed by his sisters Theresa and Vera and his many family and friends. He will be fondly remembered for his spaghetti sauce, family would always ask for more. William’s favorite Italian soccer team was Iuventus. Formula 1 would often be heard from the family television. Ferreri was the car that was closest to his heart. When William met Dawn he was driving a white Ferreri which was his pride and joy, boy he loved that car. William came to Canada from Italy. However, his love of his homeland was with him till the end...”You can take the man from the country but can’t take the country from the man.”
Italian opera and classical music ran through his veins, his fingers would always be tapping a tune on every surface they touched. William enjoyed singing and sang with the church choir on Sunday’s .
Family was so important to William, he loved to play and be silly with the kids.

A memorial graveside service will take place at Hillcrest Cemetery, Hwy #7 & Islington, Woodbridge on Thursday September 1, 2022 at 12:30 p.m.
