William George Francis
19 June 1929 - 28 October 2017

In his 89th year, William passed away peacefully at home with his family. Beloved husband of Anita, loving father to Roger, Christine (pre-deceased), Colleen, Jillian (Zal), Vivienne (Paul) and Joan. Loving grandfather to Tarin, Jessica & Naomi, Sandra, Eilish & Liam. Great-grandfather to Kato. He leaves behind his sister, Alma and brother, Richard. Pre-deceased by siblings Mavis, Edna, Dudley, Eunice, Philip and Rita. He will be sadly missed by his lifelong friends the Rays, the Daleys and the Dickies.

William emigrated from India in 1969, with his beloved wife and children, to join his siblings in Canada. He worked hard to provide for his family and give them a better life. He retired from Nestle Canada in 1992, and enjoyed travelling with his wife to England, joining Jasper & Barbara Lennon for trips to the Continent.
