It is with great sadness we announce the passing of William G. McLean, beloved father of Cliff and Lynda. Son of Frances and William McLean Sr. Oldest brother to Steven (Tami), Karen (Mike), David (Dawn), and Papa to Allen and Bryanna. Co-founder of the band Audio Slap; Cliff (Bass player/ son), Frank (Rhythm guitarist/ best friend), Pete (Drummer/ long time friend), and Chad (Vocalist).

On Thursday April 29th 2021 at 12:30 a.m. our father passed away peacefully in his sleep, due to complications of cancer. Dad survived an aneurysm years ago, and lived with lupus. He was a two time survivor of cancer, but this third time was the hardest fought. He fought with strength and pride, right to the end.
Dad lived his life free as a bird and did what made him happy, with compassion and love for others. He rocked his heart out as a great musician and song writer.

With respect to the circumstances and restrictions at this time, we will not be holding a service, a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.

Rest in peace now Daddy. We love you. May your strength and wisdom guide us. Till we see each other again. Xoxo
