Our beloved WILLIAM (BILL) ALEXIOU passed away peacefully at 94 years of age on Saturday, October 22, 2022, with his family by his side. Loving husband of Maria for over 66 years. Proud father of Constantine and his wife Anita. Treasured grandfather of Maria and Anthea who he adored. William was born in Pasio, Corinth, Greece in 1928. He immigrated to Toronto, Canada in 1954. He will be greatly missed by family and friends. His memory will be eternal. A Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 26, 2022, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:30 PM at Ward Funeral Home at 2035 Weston Road, Toronto. A Funeral Service will take place on Thursday, October 27, 2022, at 10:00 AM at Sts. Constantine and Helen Greek Orthodox Church at 1 Brookhaven Avenue, Toronto. Burial will be held at Sanctuary Park Cemetery at 1570 Royal York Road, Toronto. His family invites you to a lunch that will be held afterwards at the Church. Donations to the Hellenic Home for the Aged would be greatly appreciated.
