Wilfred Hill

HILL, Wilfred Arthur - Passed away peacefully on Monday, July 27, 2009 at the Credit Valley Hospital in his 92nd year. Wilfred was born in Georgetown, Guyana where he worked at GNEC, formerly Sprostons Ltd. for 42 years. He will be deeply missed by his loving wife Pearl, his children Richard, Stephen, Joan (Judy), his daughters-in-law Pauline, Allana (deceased) and son-in-law Errol. Cherished grandfather of Earl (Nina), Karen, Mark (Doug), Tracy (Vince), Rhonda, Kandis and Jacqueline (Carl), and great-grandpa to 15. Brother to the late Olive, Pansy, Lillian, Albert, George, James and Reginald. Will also be missed by his many nieces, nephews and friends. Family and friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home 'Brampton Chapel', 52 Main Street South (Hwy. 10), Brampton, on Friday from 5-9 p.m. Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, August 1 at 10 a.m. in the chapel. Interment to follow at Assumption Cemetery (corner of Derry and Tomken Rd., Mississauga). As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Alzheimer Society would be appreciated.
