Rockwell, Wallace John “Wally”

Passed away peacefully at home in Oakville on June 11th, 2010, in his 87th year. Predeceased by his beloved wife Winifred (1997). Proud and loving father to Sharon (David) Frizzell and Alrene (Al) Heywood. Cherished Grandpa to Bruce (Tani), Danny (Beth) and Randy (Jen) Sharpe; Christopher (Kristina) and Sarah Frizzell; Ken (Mary), Bryan (Roberta) Heywood. Dear Great Grandpa to Jessie, Ruby, Jordan, Taylor, Hailey, Cody, Jacob, Bryanna, Kayla and “one on the way”. Wally will be sadly missed by his loving and caring friend Joan Alarie. Brother to Florence Gibbons, Lloyd (Elnora) Rockwell, Charlie (Betty) Rockwell, and predeceased by Florence’s husband Earl. Wally will be sadly missed by many nieces, nephews and many friends.

Family and Friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home “Oakville Chapel”, 109 Reynolds Street, Oakville on Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9pm. A funeral service will be held on Monday June 14th, 2010 in the chapel at 10:00am, followed by burial at Glen Oaks Cemetery.
