Vittorio Giustizia

It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of Vittorio Giustizia on July 14, 2022, at the age of 86. Vittorio was born to loving parents Giulia and Giuseppe on May 5, 1936 in Santo Stefano di Sessanio, L’Aquila. He will forever be missed by his loving wife, Giannina. Cherished by his dear sons, Giuseppe (Anna) and Marcello (Laura). Vittorio was a proud Nonno to Jordan, Ally, Michael, Cayla, Daniel and Jenna.

Vittorio will always be remembered by his siblings, Maria and Nella, and sister-in-law Ida. He is now reunited with his late beloved parents, brother Stefano, sisters Cesira and Giovina, and brothers-in-laws Domenico, Rodolfo, Ernesto and Luigi. He will be held dear in the hearts of his nieces, nephews, family, relatives and many friends.

Vittorio had a passion for racing, especially Formula 1. He stayed physically active by going for long walks, practicing his own exercise routine and swimming. He even embraced his love for Canada as he taught himself to skate!

He taught his children what it meant to be a hard worker and provide for this family. But his most favourite gift was to share the fruits of his labour - his homemade wine and lavish vegetable garden.

Family and friends will be received at Ward Funeral Home (4671 Hwy 7, Woodbridge) on Tuesday, July 19, 2022 from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m.

Funeral service will be held at Ward Funeral Home Chapel (4671 Hwy 7, Woodbridge) on Wednesday, July 20, 2022, at 10:30 a.m. with entombment to follow at Beechwood Cemetery (7241 Jane Street, Vaughan). Memorial donations may be made to Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation
