Peacefully with his family by his bed side, on Thursday October 27 2016, at the age of 79. Predeceased by his loving wife Maria. Beloved father to Toni Furlano (Nick), Fernando Attanasi (Renate), Lucy Attanasi (Ray), Mario Attanasi (Cettina) and Anna Feri (Joe). Proud nonno to Anthony Furlano (Jennifer), Maria Furlano, Nikki Furlano, Samantha Parada (Romeo), Alexis Attanasi, Matthew Attanasi, Melissa Attanasi, Charles Attanasi and Vittoria Feri. Cherished bisnonno to Sophia Furlano, Sara Furlano, Luca Furlano, Nicola Schiraldi, Danny Schiraldi and Olivia Rae Parada. Vito will also be sadly missed by all of his nieces, nephews family and friends.
Friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home, 4671 Hwy 7 (west of Pine Valley Dr.), Woodbridge, 905-851-9100, on Saturday October 29th, 2016 from 8:00 am to 10:00 am, followed by a funeral service at 10:00 am, in the Ward Funeral Home Chapel. Entombment to follow at Westminster Cemetery. Memorial donations to the Baycrest Hospital Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
