Vincenzo Daniele

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Vincenzo Daniele at the age of 87 years on December 4, 2023. He passed away peacefully, surrounded by his loving family. Devoted and loving husband of 61 years to his dear wife Stella and cherished father to sons, Claudio (Maryanne) and Giampiero. Fiercely proud nonno to grandsons Nicolas and Emerson. Born in Chiaravalle Centrale, Catanzaro, Calabria, Italia on January 8, 1936, in the neighbourhood “Il Gaffaro”, Vincenzo was one of twelve siblings (Teresa, Maria, Vincenza, Pietro Ist, Angela, Francesca, Pietro 2nd, Antonio, Liberata, Vito and Anna). He is survived by siblings Pietro 2nd (Natalina), Antonio, Liberata Caroccia, Vito(Angela) and Anna Suppa. Cherished brother-in-law to Teresa (Salvatore Pulerà) and Francesco Laugelli (Nicoletta) and beloved Zio to many nieces and nephews.

Vincenzo came to Canada when he was 18, investing in himself and willingness to find promise and a future for his family. He found work doing many different jobs, but he found his niche and became a Master Carpenter for over 40 years.

Vincenzo is now reunited with his parents Vincenzo and Carmela(Costa) Daniele and dear siblings. He will be fondly remembered and dearly missed by all those who were blessed to know him. He leaves us a legacy of love and devotion.
