Passed away peacefully with family by his side, on Monday,March 13, 2017. Survived by his wife Edna of 56 years. Loving dad to Daina (Al). Predeceased by his mom Elza, aunt Marta and cousin Daira. He will be sadly missed by cousins Karlis (Margo) and Robbie, several sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews and many friends. Vic enjoyed a long and successful career of over 40 years in the Circulation
Department of the Toronto Star. We would like to thank the staff at The Dorothy Ley Hospice for their wonderful care. In lieu of flowers, a donation can be made at:

Funeral will be held on Saturday, March18th, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Bernard de Clairvaux Church,
