Trevor Jackson Scott

Passed away on Sunday, January 23, 2022 at the Humber River Hospital in his 50th year.
Pre-deceased by his beloved wife Tracy Pimental Freitas. Devoted father of Legend, Morgan, Avery and Alixxa. Loving son of the late Stanley Scott and Anne Scott (and her partner Lawrence Rattray). Dear brother of Troy Scott (Sandra) and Susie Johnson. Cherished uncle of Randall, Adam, Quintin, and Jordan. Trevor will be forever loved by his aunts Susan Colley and Naomi Scott, cousins Lisa and Brandy, his extended family and many friends. Trevor is predeceased by his uncle Dennis Scott.

Friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home 2035 Weston Road (north of Lawrence Ave) Weston, on Thursday, January 27th, 2022 from 4 – 8 p.m.
Cremation to follow.
