Tiziana "Tiz" Isgro (1964- 2017)

Peacefully on Monday April 10, 2017 with her family at her side. Beloved wife of Joe. Loving mother of Julia and Anthony. Daughter of Teresa and the late Ulisse Caramanico. Sister of Roger and his wife Rossana. Aunt of Amedeo and Vanessa. Will be fondly remembered by many extended family and friends.
Friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home, 4671 Hwy 7, Woodbridge on Monday April 17th from 1:00 to 4:00pm and from 6:00pm until 9:00pm.
Funeral Mass on Tuesday April 18 at St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church, 8500 Islington Avenue, Woodbridge at 1p.m. Prayers of Committal and entombment to follow at Holy Cross Cemetery.
Memorial donations in her memory to either the Princess Margaret Hospital or the Mt. Sinai Hospital would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
