ZEGGIL, Tiina (nee Lomax)
On Wednesday, March 24, 2021, Tiina Zeggil – mother, spouse, daughter and sister – passed away at the age of 55 years. Tiina will be forever remembered by her spouse Domenic Paolucci, her children, Samuel and Maxwell, her parents William and Viive-Ann Lomax, her brothers William (Eleanor) Lomax and Rein (Dawn) Lomax and her niece and nephews Emma, Jacob, Harrison and Erik Lomax. She will also be remembered by numerous extended family members, dear friends, and the entire Paolucci / Baldassarra families.
A native Torontonian, Tiina began her career in Human Resources, following in the footsteps of her father, William. After being promoted several times throughout the course of her career with various employers, she was appointed a Senior Director of Human Resources, Canada, with a Fortune 200 company where she excelled until her diagnosis with cancer in May, 2020.
Tiina was devoted to her family – in particular, her sons Samuel and Maxwell. Every day she remained focused on their well being and future aspirations. She loved them with her whole heart. She also loved nothing more than spending time with her extended family at the cabin, drinking a little white wine, laughing, dancing and having fun. She was blessed to find the love of her life and her soul mate, Domenic, later in life, and together they took on the world. She was caring, kind and accomplished in all facets of life.
The family appreciates and thanks everyone for their wonderful support during this difficult time. A private family funeral will be held at Ward Funeral Home in Woodbridge on Saturday, March 27, at 1:00 pm.
