Thomas (Tom) Scott

At Humber Hospital on Wednesday, March 12, 2025, Tom passed away at the age of 78.

He leaves behind his wife of almost 59 years Bev (nee Forsyth). Loving father of Cheryl-Anne, Laurie (the late Greg), and Carrie. Cherished Papa to Kayla and Josh. Great-Grandpa to Harlowe.

Loving brother of Ken (Sherie), the late David, the late Sandra (Norman) and Janice (Kim).

Tom will be forever loved and remembered by his in-laws, numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

We would like to thank the many staff members at the Harold and Grace Baker Centre that provided care to Tom over the years. To the C-Wing staff a special thank you for the comfort, kindness and respect you gave him.

To the Emergency Staff at Humber Hospital, thank you for making Tom comfortable and helping the family understand his medical difficulties. To the lovely and caring Viola on 7 West floor, thank you for guiding us through this difficult moment.
