Therese Constance D’Souza passed away peacefully on November 5, 2016 @ Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital. Loving wife of the late Noel D’Souza. Treasured Aunt of Daphne/Chris, Cynthia, Charmaine/Sanjay, Jeanne/Shashi, and Aston. Beloved Grand-Aunt of Sharon/Keith, Sean, Shane, Suzanne/John, Stephanie, Crystal and Aaron. Loving Great -Grand Aunt of Shian, Alessandro, Casielle, Vallencia and Griseldis. Therese was the youngest sibling of 3 late brothers (Joseph, Theo & Frank), and 3 late sisters (Marie, Bertha & Joan) and is now reunited with them and her parents, Matilda and Joseph Cabral. Funeral Mass will be held at Mary Mother of God Parish, 2745 North Ridge Trail, Oakville at 11am on Wednesday, November 9th, 2016.
