Cook, Theresa “Terry” (nee Demanins)
Passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Sunday November 25, 2018. Cherished mother of Brian. Lovingly remembered by her brother Rick, sister-in law Susan, family and friends. Theresa was predeceased by her father in 2002 and her mother in 2011.
The family wishes to extend their gratitude to Dr. Nadalini and staff at Villa Leonardo Gambin for the care given to Theresa for 14 years.
If desired, in lieu of flowers, donations in Theresa’s name can be made to the Multiple Sclerosis Society.
Family and friends will be received at Ward funeral home Woodbridge Chapel, 4671 Highway #7, on Wednesday from 6-9 pm. A funeral service will be held in the chapel on Thursday November 29 2018 at 11am. Cremation to follow.
