At Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital on Friday October 11, 2013. Much-loved wife of Denton, cherished ‘Mama’ of Karen Grenke and her husband David Vining, and loving and proud ‘Mimi’ of Stella and Harper, Suzanne will be sadly missed by extended family and friends.
A passionate supporter of women’s issues, Suzanne was a person of strong convictions and principles. Her work as teacher, mentor, and philanthropist made a difference in the lives of countless women in Canada, the United States, and Asia. She will be remembered for her compassion and loving spirit.
Family and friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home “Oakville Chapel” 109 Reynolds Street, Oakville, on Thursday, October 17, 2013 at 1:30 p.m. for a celebration of Suzanne’s wonderful life. Burial to follow at St. Jude’s Cemetery, Oakville. A gathering and reception afterwards at the funeral home. Donations may be made to Halton Women’s Place in her memory.
