In her 86th year our dear sweet mother passed away suddenly on Friday July 28, 2017 at Etobicoke General. Predeceased by her husband Roy. She will be forever loved, missed and remembered by her 3 daughters Carolyn (Harold Marquis), Julie, Laura (Jeff Metcalfe) and her 3 grandchildren Gregory, Michael, Kelsey, her brother Harry (Chiz), sisters Carole Teranishi, Louise (Mamoru Hirowatari),Norma Iwata, sister in-law Michi, brothers in-law Mickey Kaneko, George (Barbara) Iwata, Fred (Hedy) Iwata and many nieces, nephews, cousins. Predeceased by brothers Gluck (Molly), Terry (Hazel), Muts, sister Agnes Kaneko, brother in-law Tatsuo Teranishi. Visitation at Ward Funeral Home (Woodbridge Chapel) 4671 Hwy 7 (between Islington & Pine Valley on the south side) on Friday August 4th from 1 – 3pm & 5 – 8pm and 10 – 11am before the funeral service at Ward Funeral Home on Saturday August 5th 11:00a.m. Interment to follow at Beechwood Cemetery.
