Passed away peacefully in her sleep, after a short battle with cancer. Beloved wife of Brian for 43 years. Loving Mother of Brandon and Tanya. Cherished Nana of Dylan and Olivia. Dear sister to Penny and her husband Brian. Aunt Susan will be loving remembered by her nieces, nephews and all her extended family and friends.
Friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home 2035 Weston Road (north of Lawrence Ave) Weston, on Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m.
A service will be held in the Chapel on Friday, March 21, 2014 at 1p.m .
Cremation to follow. In lieu of flowers, donations to Hospice Wellington would be greatly appreciated.
