Stefanos Dimopoulos

It is with great sadness that our family announces the passing of Stefanos “Steve,” in his 84th year, on Saturday September 11, 2010 at the Brampton Civic Hospital. He will be dearly missed by Eleni, his loving wife of 64 years. He was the cherished father of Sotiria (George), Freda (Dennis), and Annie (Mark). He was also proud papou of Tommy and Jennifer. He will be missed by his extended family, many friends and neighbours. Family and friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home, 2035 Weston Road, from 2-4 and 7-9pm on Tuesday September 14th, 2010. A service will be held at Sts. Constantine and Helen Greek Orthodox Church, 1 Brookhaven Drive, at Trethewey on Wednesday September 15th at 10am. Interment to follow at Riverside Cemetery, 1567 Royal York Road. As expressions of sympathy, donations to Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
