Simon passed away peacefully on December 2, 2022 at Bethell Hospice in Ingelwood, at the age of 82.
Missed by his loving wife of 41 years, Carolyn. Survived by his aunt Joan Hecks and her family, cousins Nick & Shelley, Rosemary, John and Maggie Hecks and family, Sue Hecks, Peter,and Colin Horscroft, and Julia Croft all of England. Dearly missed by sister in law Pat (Guy) Tortolano, neices Tricia Tortolano (Devin) and family, great nephews Kiran, Wesley, great neice Evelyn, Melina Tortolano (Matthew) Boone, great nephew Junior, grandchildren via god daughter (Laurie and David), Sophie, Zachary, Stephan, Max. Predeceased by his parents Ronald and Monica Hecks of Newick East Sussex England.

Simon had 55 years of practical hands on experience in the financial services industry, successfully utilizing his investment knowledge, education and experience to service his clients' financial needs. He accumulated a vast depth of experience over the years working with business owners, operators and investors. His professional designations as noted qualify him to offer and implement sound wealth management advice.

Simon was the President of Charter House Financial Group and responsible for client relationships and the future growth of the firm. Simon is a true believer in the business of developing meaningful and successful long term direct relationships whereby the clients needs always come first.
