With heavy hearts we announce the passing of Silvia Del Fatti on Wednesday, June 13, 2018. Predeceased by her loving husband Gervasio Del Fatti. Loving Mother of Peter (Laura), Frank (Teresa), Daniel (Laura). Cherished grandmother of Andrew, Matthew, Mark, Claire, Jenna and Eric. She will be dearly missed but lovingly remembered by her many family and friends. Friends and Family will be received at the Ward Funeral Home, 2035 Weston Road (North of Lawrence Ave. W.) Weston, on Friday, from 2-4 p.m. & 6-9 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be held at Our Lady of Victory at 9:30 a.m. on Saturday. Following the mass, the interment will take place at Prospect Cemetery. In lieu of flowers the family would appreciate donations to The Alzheimer’s Society.
