Donaldson, Shirley – suddenly after a lengthy battle with cancer on Wednesday, April 29th, 2015. Beloved mother of the late Steve, Terry, Cheryl, Jeffrey and Karen. Dear grandmother of the late Leanne, Luke, Kyle, Sarha, Shannon, Rosie, Carrie and Brandon. Cherished sister of Mel. She will be forever loved by all her extended family and friends. Friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home, 2035 Weston Road (North of Lawrence Ave. W.) Weston, on Thursday from 6-7 p.m. with a celebration of life in the chapel at 7 p.m. Cremation has taken place. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
