Serafina Tortolo

Serafina passed away peacefully at Sunnybrook Hospital on September 5, 2014 after a courageous battle with Dementia.

Predeceased by her loving husband Peter. Beloved father of Lorene (Evan), Raymond (Sherine). Cherished Nonna to Olivia, Bianca and Ava Rose. She will be deeply missed by family and friends.

Friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home, 2035 Weston Road (North of Lawrence Ave. W.) Weston, on Sunday, September 7 from 2-4 and 7-9pm.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, September 8, 2014 at St Fidelis Roman Catholic Church.

Interment to follow at Holy Cross Cemetery.
