SMITH, Sarah Gretchen (nee Stuart) 1974-2009 May her beautiful vision prevail! With great sadness we announce the passing of Sarah Smith on Tuesday, September 8, 2009. Sarah is deeply missed by her husband Craig, daughter Terra, parents John and Paula Stuart, father-in-law Raymond Smith, her extended family and wide network of friends. Family and friends will be received at Ward Funeral Home, 109 Reynolds St., Oakville (905-844-3221) from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday, September 12, 2009. A funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. in the chapel (same date and location), followed by burial at St. Jude's Cemetery, Oakville.
