Sarah Winifred Hazell
Born on October 3, 1940, passed away peacefully on October 23, 2018 with family by her side. Devoted wife, best friend and partner of 55 years to her husband Jim. Loving mother to Ken, Laurie and Brian. Proud grandmother to Becca, Eric, Connor and Shelby. She will be sadly missed by her sisters Joan and Moyra and their families, as well as her extended family and friends. A Special thank you to all the doctors, nurses and personal support workers for their care and compassion provided to Sarah over the past few months. A Celebration of Sarah’s life will be held in the Weston Room of the Ward Funeral Home, 2035 Weston Road (North of Lawrence Ave. W.), Weston on Sunday, November 4th from 1-3 p.m. with reflections at 2 p.m.
