Sandra Myers (nee Hawtin)
1944-2016

On February 23rd Sandra suddenly passed away with Bill, her loving husband of 54 years, and her entire family by her side.

Sandy joins her loving parents Raymond and Irma Hawtin and sister Judy (Mannell).

She leaves behind her three children Scott (Donna), Sheryl (Glenn), Beverly (Phil) along with her sister Lynn and brothers in law Craig Campbell and Terry Mannell.

An extremely devoted grandmother to Stephanie, Ashley, Brittany, Michelle, David, Chelsea and Graham; she was the heart of our family. Warm, loving and funny, her motto was “If you don’t want to know the answer; don’t ask the question”.

Sandy was devoted to, and loved being surrounded by her family. She was generous with her time, love and wisdom. Her beautiful heart touched every one of us. We can’t imagine our lives without her, but take solace in knowing that she has reunited with family who have passed before.

Family and friends are welcome to honour her life on Saturday March 12th, 2016 at Ward Funeral Home, 109 Reynolds Street, Oakville. Visitation will be from 12 p.m. until the service at 1 p.m. with a reception to follow. In memory of Sandra donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
