It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Sam Calderone on November 16th at the age of 61. Dearly loved by his wife of 38 years, Marie. Beloved father of Nancy (Chris), Laurie (Mariano) and Cassandra. Proud nonno of his little sweeties Gabby and Sammy. Dear brother of Josephine, Filippa, Gus and the late Antonio. Sam’s warm smile and sense of humour will be missed by his family, friends, especially all his buddies at the Food Terminal.
Family and friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home, 4671 Hwy 7 (west of Pine Valley Dr.), Woodbridge, 905-851-9100, on Saturday from 6-9 pm and Sunday from 2-4 and 6-9 pm. Funeral Mass will be celebrated from All Saints Roman Catholic Church (1415 Royal York Road, Etobicoke) on Monday, November 22nd at 10 am. Entombment to follow at Queen of Heaven Cemetery
