Passed away peacefully after a long and full life with her grandson by her side on Wednesday, March 2nd, 2016 at the age of 95. Predeceased by her beloved husband Robert and siblings Mae, Nelson, Jim and Eddie. Loving and cherished grandmother of Robert and his wife Daniella. Sadie will be forever loved by her large extended family and many friends. Friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home 2035 Weston Rd. (north of Lawrence Ave., West) Weston on Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A service will be held on Wednesday at 11 a.m. from Grace Anglican Church, 157 Mill Street North, Waterdown with a reception to follow in the church hall. Interment will take place following reception at St. Luke’s Anglican Churchyard, 3114 Dundas Street West, Oakville.
