It is with heavy hearts that we announce the sudden passing of Ryan on Friday September 13, 2024 at the age of 28. Devoted husband of Rebbecca Currie, soon to be 5 wonderful years on the 28th of this month. Proud and loving father of Benjamin (7), Caleb (4), George (1) and Malcolm (3 months). Cherished son of Donna and Dana. Dear brother to Joshua. He will be dearly missed by his grandparents Greg and Dolly Currie and his cherished in-laws Roxanna and Ryan Hoadley and his many family and friends. Ryan has been reunited with grandparents Margaret and Ian Gibbard.

Ryan was a loving husband and father who worked hard to provide for his family. He was the calm in every storm and was the voice of reason. He enjoyed spending time with his wife and boys playing video games and riding dirt bikes. He also loved taking them out on motorcycles and dirt bikes.

Motorcycles were his passion he would spend time fixing them and loved to debate the best type of motorcycles there were. Another passion of Ryan’s was welding. Welding wasn’t just a job but also a passion. He loved welding so much he got a “Weld every damn day” tattoo on his shoulder. He will always and forever be missed and loved by everyone, especially his four loving boys and his wife.

Family and friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home (4671 Highway 7, Woodbridge) on Saturday, September 28th, 2024 from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Sunday September 29th, 2024 from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Funeral service to take place on Sunday, September 29th, 2024 at 1:00 p.m. at Ward Funeral Home (4671 Highway 7, Woodbridge).
