Peacefully, surrounded by family, on Thursday, December 27, 2012 at the age of 88. Predeceased by her husband Earl. Loving mother of Keith (Linda) and Garry. Cherished Grandma of Heather (Andrew) and Brian (Jocelyn). Ruth will be fondly remembered by her extended family and friends. Visitors will be received at the Ward Funeral Home 2035 Weston Road (north of Lawrence Ave) Weston, on Wednesday, January 2, 2013 from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. A service will be held in the Chapel on Thursday, January 3, 2013 at 11 a.m. with an hour of visitation prior to service time.
Interment to follow at Beechwood Cemetery at a later time.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Diabetes Association or Parkinson’s Foundation would be greatly appreciated.
