Ruth passed away peacefully during the morning of June 25, 2016 just shy of her 96th birthday. Born, married and loved in Toronto. She will be profoundly missed by her family. Adored wife of the late Edward for 65 years, Ruth leaves behind her daughter Judy (Frank Brown), her son Gilroy (Wendy) and her grandchildren Trisha, Robert (Heidi), Daniel (Michelle), Ryan, Andrew and Julie. Gramma-Great to Ginger and Carson and GG to Emma and Cameron. Her marriage to Ed was wonderful in all ways; travelling the world and raising her children was a joy to both of them. She spent many happy days with her sister and best friend Vickie. Lover of animals and her friends, Ruth will be missed at Churchill Place in Oakville where she spent her last years participating in activities and enjoying the friendship and kindness to both residents and staff.
