Ruth Anne Hann

It is with profound sadness that our family announces the passing of Ruth Anne Hann (nee McClenny) on March 2, 2021, at the age of 77. Ruth passed away peacefully at Brampton Civic Hospital with her daughter by her side. A loving wife, best friend, and partner in crime to John for 59 years. A loving and incredible mother to Rick (Wendy), Cynthia (Doug), and a fantastic grandmother to Kevin, Brad, Michelle, Emily, and Katie.

Anyone who knew Ruth would agree her love for her family, friends and animals was unbreakable. She was the first person to offer a helping hand/ear if you needed it and even when you didn’t know you needed it. She cared for the neighborhood animals that most would have turned a blind eye to, providing food, shelter, and loving cuddles.

We knew her for the incredible person she was. She will be greatly missed by all those who knew her. Ruth will be forever in our hearts and minds.

A funeral service will be held on Monday March 15, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. followed by interment at Meadowvale Cemetery.

Respecting the current situation and pandemic restrictions, the Funeral Service and interment will be private.
