Russell Bowers

Russ was born in Grandfalls - Windsor, Newfoundland, the 13th child of Myrtle and Roland Bowers. He moved to Ontario when he was 17 years old but loved his home province and visited family often. In 1979 he married Anne, the love of his life, and together they raised two wonderful sons, David and Anthony. He spent many happy years working as a winder at Ferrant - Packard in Weston and ended up his working life with Air Liquide in Brampton.
Russ was a kind, gentle man with a great sense of humour. He lived his life to the fullest and enjoyed travelling to many different countries, playing golf, gardening and sharing his wine collection with good friends and family.
He was loved by all who knew him and will be sadly missed.
