MARTIN, Rose - It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Rose on January 31, 2010 at Brampton Civic Hospital at the age of 88. Rose, dearly beloved wife of the late Joseph. Loving mother of Pearl, Linda (Mimma) and Janet (Darryl). Dear sister of Ralph and Ivan residing in PEI. She will be sadly missed by her grandchildren Kathleen (Pat) and Graeme, great-grandchildren Miguel and Adriana. The family would like to thank the staff at Brampton Civic Hospital for their care and kindness. Family and friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home 'Brampton Chapel', 52 Main St. S. (Hwy. 10), Brampton on Wednesday, February 3rd from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, February 4th at 10:30 a.m. at St. Anthony of Padua (940 North Park Dr.). Interment to follow at Holy Cross Cemetery, Toronto. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Heart & Stoke Foundation would be appreciated.
