Passed away peacefully on November 18th 2013 at the Brampton Civic Hospital. Loving wife of the late Wesley Reimer. Beloved mother Nancy (Graham), Tom, David and Kathy (Richard). Cherished grandmother of Sean, Erin, Joe (Melissa), Lindsay (Brennon), Alex and Wesley. Great Grandmother to Eric, Jacob, Hunter and Jordanna.
