Passed away peacefully on March 11 2016 at Bethell hospice following a short and courageous battle with cancer. Born July 14, 1934 in Armagh, Ireland, Rose came to Canada where she met her loving husband of almost 42 years, George (Joe).Dearly loved mother to Darren (Samantha), sister to Rita Brennan (Tommy), and Pauline Woods, cherished aunt to Theresa Waller (Alec, Sean, Erin, Thomas) and Kevin Brennan (Clare, Abbie, Katie) . Rose worked in administration at Eaton's, and later at Chrysler on the door line. While Rose was a homebody, she also enjoyed travelling. Rose will be profoundly missed by her husband, and greatly missed by family and friends both here in Canada and overseas.

Family and Friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home “Brampton Chapel”, 52 Main Street South (Hwy 10), Brampton on Wednesday March 16, 2016 from 7-9 p.m.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday March 17, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel. Family welcome flowers in honour of Rose. As expressions of sympathy, donations may also be made to the Bethell House Hospice, Inglewood.
