Ronald "Ron" Pacific

February 27th, 1932 – December 6, 2014
Early morning on Saturday, December 6, 2014, Ronald Pacific passed away peacefully as he wished at home surrounded by the love and support of his family. Survived by his loving wife Ruth (nee Donald). Ron was a loving father to Paul Pacific, and Sharon Miedema (Mike), and was a proud Granddad to Lauren. Dear brother of Dolores Ellis (nee Pacific), last surviving sibling from Peterborough, Ontario. He will also be missed by extended family and friends. A special thanks to Doctor John Denby and CCAC Nurse Liliya for providing such loving care and support during his final weeks. Funeral Service was held on Wednesday, December 10th, at the Ward Funeral Home, 109 Reynolds Street, Oakville, followed by burial at Trafalgar Lawn Cemetery. In his memory, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
