Romana Dannell

It is with great sadness that we share the passing of Romana Dannell, on 10th December 2020 in her 93rd year. Romana, beloved wife of the late Leslie Dannell (1923-2001). Lovingly remembered by her children Lester (Catherine), Patricia and John (Deanna). Much loved grandmother to Corinna (Craig), Tracy (James), John (Vivian), Michelle, Michael, Monique, Erika and Christian.

Beloved great grandmother to Riker, Arthur, Holly, Leo.

Born in Trieste, Italy on 24th November 1927. Married Leslie in June 1948 in Trieste and spent many years with her husband who was stationed around the world with the British Army. Romana and Leslie eventually settled in Canada in 1983.

Romana was a devoted mother and wife who always put her family first. Her greatest joy came from spending time with her family. She loved a good mystery book, chocolates and a nice cup of tea. We will carry her love and memories in our hearts forever.
