Robert Saly

SALY, Robert John- April 23, 1966 – November 12, 2010. It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Bob Saly at University Hospital, London, ON. Unexpectedly, with loved ones by his side, Bob went home to be with Jesus. Survived and dearly loved by his father John Saly of Freelton, ON and predeceased by his loving mother Martha Saly. Bob’s joyful nature and sense of humour will be sadly missed by his older brother Anthony Saly, sister-in-law Judith, nephew Pierce and nieces Lauren and Rachel of London, ON, and his step mother Dorothy (Karen, George, Lindsey, Paul, Scot) of Freelton, ON. Bob will also be missed by Tom, John, Howard, and Joel and the staff at Christian Horizons (Oxford 2) in Woodstock, ON where he lived. A special thank you to the staff for your overflowing love and affection for Bob. “I tell you the truth, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers of mine, you did for me” (Matthew 25:40). The family will receive friends for visitation on Tuesday November 16, 2010 from 2-4pm and 7-9pm at WARD FUNERAL HOME, 52 Main Street S,
Brampton, ON (905) 451-2124. Private interment will take place Thursday November 18, 2010 at 11am at Brampton Memorial Gardens. A Memorial Service to celebrate Bob’s life will be held Thursday November 18, 2010 at 3pm at Maranatha Christian Reformed Church, 94 Elgin Street S, Cambridge, ON (519) 623-8151 (reception to follow).
