A gentle man and a kind person passed away on Sunday morning December 18th, 2016 at the age of 87 at the Humber River Hospital. Bob is survived by his loving and devoted wife Edmee.
Loving father of Karen (Steve predeceased), Bobby (Judy), Sandra (Kelly), Dianne (Eric). He is also survived by his seven grandchildren, Nancy, Kevin, Kyle, Michelle, Lorena, Ashleigh and Stephanie, seven great grandchildren and his brother David (Teddy).
Bob’s accomplishments, success as a commentator and executive producer for the CBC Sports Department as well as being a mentor to many individuals was a result of his dedication and passion throughout his career of over 35 years.
A private celebration of the Life of Bob will take place at a later date. As an expression of sympathy and in lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to the charity of your choice.
