Robert Jung

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of How-Woo Robert Jung on Sunday, January 6, 2019. Robert, known to some as Bob or Bobby in his younger years, passed away at the age of 83 after a long and hard-fought battle with prostate cancer.

Beloved husband to Fong Lam for 64 years. Loving father of Lily (Peter), Norman, Paul and Danny (Iwona). Cherished grandfather of Kristina, Michael, Jason, Cory, and Hannah. Robert is also remembered by numerous extended family members and dear friends.

As a proud and sociable man, Robert enjoyed celebrations and as such, we are holding a Celebration of Life in his honour. This will be an intimate and informal gathering starting at 1 pm. Guests are welcome to visit the family and pay their respects. Short remarks will be made at 2 pm, followed by a small reception from 2:30 pm - 4:00 pm.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to William Osler Health System Foundation (http://www.oslerfoundation.org) where Robert had his many oncology treatments, or Dorothy Ley Hospice (https://www.dlhospice.org) where he spent his final week under their care.
