Jenkins, Robert (Bobby),
Passed away peacefully on February 24, 2015 at the age of 64. He was many years without his hearing and the family is comforted by knowing that he is in a place where he can hear Bob Dylan again. He is reunited with his parents, Mabel and Robert, and sister, Roberta (Kincaid). He will be deeply missed by his soulmate Erin, brothers and sister, Larry (Aila), Roger (Brenda), Janine (John) and Bernard. He has many nieces and nephews that will miss their discussions with Uncle Bobby – he truly knew something about everything. He will be especially missed by his nephew Domenic and niece Robin. Confucius said, ‘Life is really simple, but we insist on making it complicated’. Bobby embraced this philosophy and lived life simply.
Family and friends are welcome at visitation, Ward Funeral Home, 4671 Highway 7 (just west of pine Valley Dr.), Woodbridge on Friday, February 27, 2015 from 6 – 9 p.m. A funeral service will take place in the chapel on Saturday, February 28, 2015 at 2:30 p.m. In memory of Bobby, the family would appreciate donations to the Bob Rumball Centre for the Deaf.
