Robert Francesconi

Robert “Robo” Francesconi passed away on March 20th, 2022 at the age of 71. His battle with serious medical issues in recent years showed his courage in facing life challenges with a smile. Despite the pain, Robert came out a hero and stayed strong until the end.

Robert met the love of his life, Beverley, at the age of 16. It was love at first sight. Together, they had four children- Jennifer (Dean), Alex (Shannon), Kelly, Debra (Dave) and 6 grandchildren; Joshua, Jersey, Liliana, Lucas, Thomas and Elizabeth.

The simplest pleasures in life brought great joy to Robert. He loved a good golf game with pals, going to the track, attending his grandsons hockey games, family BBQ’s + interrogating his children after a night out.

Visitation will be at Ward Funeral Home, 2035 Weston Road, York, ON on March 24th, from 4:00 until 9:00 PM.
Funeral will be held on March 25th at 11:30 AM at St. Bernard’s Catholic Church, 1789Lawrence Ave W, North York, ON
Robert will be honored in a Celebration of life on March 25th at 1:15 at Weston Golf and Country Club, 50 St. Phillips Road, Etobicoke, ON

He will be deeply missed by his family, friends and all who knew him.
