Peacefully at his home in Toronto, with his family by his side on Thursday September 8th, 2016 at the age of 81. Beloved father of Robert. Loving friend and former husband of Jane Drury. Greatly missed by his sister Joyce Shin and his brother Thomas. Predeceased by his sister Alice Smyth and brother Hugh Kenneth. Robert will be fondly remembered by his many nieces, nephews, family, and friends. Long time and active member of the Toronto Rameses Shriners - Transportation Corps.

Friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home 2035 Weston Road (north of Lawrence Ave) Weston, on Monday from 7-9pm and on Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9pm. A service will be held in the chapel on Wednesday September 14, 2016 at 3:30pm. Cremation to follow.

As expressions of sympathy, donations to The Rameses Shriners Transportation Fund, 124 Queens Plate Dr. Toronto ON, M9W 0B4 would be greatly appreciated.
