Robert "Bob" Hunter

HUNTER - Robert (Bob) Thomas of Brampton passed away on June 13, 2018 in his 78th year. Predeceased by his wife of 38 years Elizabeth (Liz) Hunter. Survived by his son Kevin (Wendy) of Brampton; by his daughters Krista (Mark Heuston) of Plattsville, Sara (Patrick Hunter-Buffington) of Georgetown; by his grandchildren Joshua (Emily) and Shanna Hunter, Michal, Nathan and Ainsley Heuston, Jack and Clark Hunter-Buffington; by his great granddaughter Eliyah; by his sister Dorothy James of Beamsville and his nephews.




Bob was a faithful servant of his Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. He served as an Elder of the church of Christ in Bramalea as well as serving on th eboards of Grove Park Home in Barrie, Omagh Bible School and Great Lakes Bible College. He was an educator with the Peel District School Board for 41 years and spent many years travelling the world during his retirement.




Bob has requested that donations be made to Great Lakes Bible College or Omagh Bible School in his memory in lieu of flowers. See "Place a donation" in the menu for addresses for these organizations. Thank you.
