Robert Alexander Richard Allen 

Passed away at Humber River Hospital on February 11, 2025, at the age of 62. He is survived by his wife Catherine, siblings Micheal, David, and Doug Allen, and many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his sister Barbara Sanichar, and his parents Betty and Alexander Allen. 

Robert was co-owner of Humber Valley Produce Ltd with his brother Micheal. Born in Weston, raised in York, where he continued to operate the family business. He loved all his customers and enjoyed chatting at each stop he made delivering fruits and vegetables. He thought of them as family. 

In his spare time, he enjoyed his dogs and cat, cruising around in his pickup, and spending time with friends at the local coffee shop. Robert was a very kind soul, and generous to those less fortunate. He will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all who were fortunate enough to know him. 

Visitation at Ward Funeral Home, Weston Chapel on Friday from 5 to 9 pm.  Service in the Chapel on Saturday at 10m followed by interment at Sanctuary Park Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Etobicoke Humane Society.
