Rita passed away peacefully at home on Sunday July 4, 2021 at the age of 69, in the company of her loving husband of 37 years, Francis. She was predeceased by her father, Michele Varriano, her mother Cristina (Giambagno), and her sister Carol (Marano). Proud mother of David (Martina) and Anne-Christine (Brian) and caring sister to Tony Varriano (Lina). Funeral details have been entrusted to the Ward Funeral Home Woodbridge Chapel.
In accordance with directives from the Bereavement Authority of Ontario, Services can be held within the funeral home, accommodating 15% occupancy of our visitation rooms and/or Chapel.
Funeral services being held in a church or place of worship allow for a maximum of 15% building occupancy.
Wearing of masks or face coverings by everyone is mandatory as per the Provincial Regulations.
Respecting the current situation and pandemic restrictions, the entombment will be private.
