Rain Infinity

Rain Infinity passed away suddenly of a heart attack at the young age of 54. He was the only child of Beverly and Alois Schmid (both deceased) and the cherished husband of Evangeline Nitsopoulos. 

He leaves behind his loving wife, two adorable kittens, Leo and Grabthar, and his best friend, Edward Armstrong whose enduring friendship and loyalty made him the brother Rain never had. He also leaves behind a legion of loving and loyal friends, too many to mention, but who left indelible impressions on his beautiful heart. 

Rain dedicated his life to special needs kids. He was a kind, loving and sensitive soul who used his gentle spirit and brilliant creativity to guide so many young people in his career and calling as a teacher at Maplewood High School in Scarborough. 

He left us far too soon and will never be forgotten. In the words of a former student Danial, Rain leaves the world “the stormtrooper he was born to be. RIP Rain. We’re all going to miss you. May the force be with you”.
