Raffaele Suppa

Passed away peacefully with his family at his side on Tuesday January 16, 2024 at the age of 75. Devoted husband of Maddalena of 46 wonderful years. Proud father of Greg (Marisa) and Rosemary (Bruno Camastro). Cherished Nonno Ralph, Milena and Alessio. Dear brother of Mary (Giuseppe) and Antonietta (Domenico). He will be sadly missed by his brothers and sisters in-laws Fortunato (Franca), Antonio (Anna Maria), Fiorenza (Antonio), Teresa (Rocco) and the late Caterina and her late husband Francesco. Raffaele will be fondly remembered by his many family and friends.

As a young man Ralph enjoyed playing soccer. And every year the soccer season would wind down with a dance. It was at one of these dances that he would meet his beautiful wife to be, Maddalena. The young couple worked hard to provide for their family. Raffaele was a numbers man, working as a Payroll accountant for Canada Post. He loved his work and after he retired, he would continue his accounting role doing personal income taxes. 

Maddelena and Ralph’s home was always open to family, neighbors, and friends. Raffaele’s family was his world. Nothing would bring a smile to his face like the one that would appear when his grandchildren would come to visit. Their excitement would always uplift his spirit.

Family and friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home 4671 Hwy 7, Woodbridge (just west of Pine Valley Dr.) on Sat from 6-9 p.m. and Sunday from 3-9 p.m. A funeral mass will be held on Monday January 22, 2024 at 9:30 a.m. at Immaculate Conception Church 300 Ansley Grove Rd., Woodbridge. Entombment to follow at Glendale Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
